Course Outline
This QQI Level 6 Multimedia course is designed to equip the learner with a high level of knowledge, skill and competence within a range of subjects related to the multimedia industry. There is a strong emphasis on web development, project management, digital audio, image processing, animation and multimedia production as well as media industry awareness.
Multimedia is one of today’s most powerful communications skills. This advanced course allows students to develop knowledge and skills to enhance their career and progression routes

Course Modules
The module offers broad and comprehensive skills and knowledge in the aesthetics of digital image making through the introduction of design, graphic and compositional precepts.
Using Industry standard software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Quark Xpress), you will investigate print/web graphics in the digital domain. You will develop practical, critical and academic skills of value in pursuing higher education or seeking employment in any area in which a basic knowledge of digital imaging would be an advantage.
