This Level 5 Computer Networks course gives student an excellent Introduction to computer Networks. Students will be given an introduction to varied aspects of the IT industry such as Computer hardware, Mobile Technologies and Distribution Systems. Students develop practical skills and can progress to our QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Software Development.

This course has been specifically designed to cater for students aiming to move directly into employment or continue their education the in IT sector. The modules have been individually chosen to allow learners to gain experience in the areas of IT where the sector is lacking in 3rd level graduates. Modules such as Object Oriented Programming and Software Development give students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in areas of high employment.
QQI Level 4, minimum of 17 years of age at time of registration, Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied, Equivalent qualifications from other countries, relevant life experiences, relevant work experiences and mature students.
