Please read the following fees information carefully

Evidence of the following must be provided on Registration

GCC Registration Fee of €250 applies to all courses
€200 Government Levy Fee applies to all except:

• Those in receipt of Back to Education Allowance.
• Medical Card Holders (valid at time of Registration).
• Those in receipt of a SUSI Grant.
• Those on a VTOS scheme.

Enrolment

Students who accept the offer of a place on a course must pay a non refundable deposit of €50.00.

An additional QQI Certification Fee applies to all students except Medical Card Holders and Social Welfare recipients. This is payable in January of the academic year.

€30 Materials Fee applies to the following courses and is payable on Registration:

• Cabinet Making
• Building Construction
• Motor Technology
• Graphic Design
• TV & Film Levels 5 & 6

Some courses have additional fees, please contact the course coordinator for further details.

Non EU Students may be subject to an International Fee.

Fee Refunds

A full Registration Fee refund will be issued to all students who do not commence their course in GCC and to those who leave up to and including the second last Friday in September of the academic year upon receipt of request to Galway Community College. €200 Government Levy will also be refunded in full (Any deposits paid before this are non refundable).
